Bert Bean’s 20-year staffing industry career started at Insight Global as a Recruiter in 2005; 13 years later, he became CEO. Under his leadership, Insight Global has doubled in revenue—rising to $4.2 billion in 2023 from $1.9 billion in 2017—with over 5,500 employees across 70+ offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
Bert’s relentless focus on growing his people personally, professionally, and financially so they can “Be the Light” to the world around them has played a key role in the company’s growth, with the expansion of the business’ services to include healthcare staffing (Insight Global Health), culture and leadership consulting (Compass), an increased footprint around the world, and an enhanced professional services division (Evergreen). He also is closely involved with the company’s ESG goals, including the funding of 10 medical clinics in East Africa and Central America; and granting over $3.5 million to employees and consultants facing financial hardships through the company’s non-profit foundation, the Insight Global Family Foundation.
