Scott Rogers
Director, Product Management, Bullhorn
As a Director of Product Management for the Platform & Search Missions, Scott is responsible for developing and executing the Platform and Search roadmaps. He works across products at Bullhorn to build platform features that form the foundation for all Bullhorn products and partnership features. In addition, he has a strong passion for enhancing and improving the core Search experience for all Bullhorn customers, which has led him to lead Bullhorn’s renewed investment in core Search features and technologies.
Scott has ten years of experience in staffing software development. He started his career at Talent Rover in IT and Systems Administration before joining Bullhorn in 2018. His deep technical background led him to join the product organization, working on the newly formed Platform mission, where he drove performance and stability enhancements across Bullhorn’s product suite.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Computer Graphics Production, with an option in Art Studio, from California State University, Chico. He also enjoys listening to and playing music, playing soccer, and chasing around his four children.
