Andrew Bull is the President of ALKU, a highly specialized staffing firm headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts. He joined ALKU in 2011 as the company’s very first intern and has helped grow the business to over $600 million in revenue. Andrew oversees revenue operations and strategy, manages business leaders, and drives alignment across client, consultant, and internal initiatives. He has played a key role in shaping ALKU’s operational foundation and value proposition, helping the company stand out in a competitive market. Under his leadership, ALKU has navigated an evolving staffing landscape by staying flexible, embracing innovation, and investing in continuous improvement. He’s also been instrumental in building a culture centered on connection and career development — core values that have earned ALKU a spot on the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for 14 consecutive years. Andrew is focused on driving sustainable growth while ensuring employees at every level have a defined forward path. He holds a BBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
