Michaela Harkins
Principal Product Manager, Bullhorn
Michaela Harkins is a Principal Product Manager at Bullhorn where she works closely with clients to create, define, and solve the challenges operations staff face paying their candidates and billing their customers.
Prior to her role at Bullhorn, Michaela spent over 20 years at a global, Boston-based staffing organization that provides creative, digital, and marketing solutions for their customers. As a Payroll and Billing Admin, she discovered her passion for technology and problem solving and rose to become Director of Quality Assurance and later a Product Manager.
She holds a BA in Music from Bates College and an MA in Musicology from Eastman School of Music, where she spent untold hours listening to Mahler symphonies and the early work of Kurt Weill. When she is not working on building out roadmaps or deciphering State and Federal overtime rules, she spends her time reading mystery novels, knitting, or practicing yoga.
