Jonah Rader serves as the President and Co-Founder of Connected Health Care, a staffing and recruiting firm that delivers workforce solutions across the Healthcare and Education sectors. Connected partners with organizations nationwide to provide travel, per diem, local contract, and permanent staffing support.
Jonah supports Connected’s mission by leading all day-to-day internal operations, company strategy, tech enablement, and team development efforts. His focus is building strong infrastructure and culture that empowers the team to serve with speed, purpose, and excellence—without losing sight of what matters most: Making an Impact.
Since launching in 2021, Connected has grown into a national presence, with active clinical and educational professionals working in 40+ states. The team’s success is rooted in a values-driven, service-first, and tech-enabled approach that delivers real results to hospitals, school districts, charter schools, and the communities they serve.
