At Eliassen, Rob has led significant accomplishments, including the successful implementation of the BH4SF/BH1 project, which streamlined processes and improved data quality, and leading the IT department to a significant improvement in NPS, reflecting enhanced customer service. Rob’s forward vision includes leveraging AI to bring efficiencies to the business, focusing on automating routine tasks while maintaining human oversight for critical decisions.
Before joining Eliassen Group, Rob was SVP, CIO at Apex Systems for 16 years, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and team-building strengths, achieving corporate objectives, exceptional P&L results, and corporate growth of $2b in annual revenue.
He holds a degree in business management from Virginia Tech and master’s program coursework. Rob is an avid runner, enjoys hiking, biking and surf/fly fishing.
