During his 12 years at Bullhorn, Eddy has also played a key role in leading Sales Operations, supporting a dynamic sales organization of nearly 200 professionals. His expertise spans organizational planning, compensation design, systems implementation, and operational strategy.

Eddy is deeply passionate about using his extensive experience in sales, implementation, and process improvement to empower staffing firms. His focus is on helping these organizations achieve their business goals by navigating successful digital transformations.
