During her 15 years at Triple Crown, she has held several leadership positions managing the growth and development of sales, recruiting and operations. A particular strength for her lies in using analytics to drive better performance and developing her leadership team to make proactive, data-driven decisions. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
