Rachel Tigges has over 15 years of experience growing and managing B2B and B2C brands across various industries including retail, recruiting, and start-ups.
Ms. Tigges is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Solomon Page, a staffing and executive search firm based in New York City. She is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s marketing efforts, including strategy, sales support, digital marketing, and internal and external communication. Additionally, she built and manages the internal training team which oversees the ATS, recruitment and sales tools, and job posting process. This team works to gain efficiencies across the organization through customized, segment-specific training programs along with system and process optimization.

Ms. Tigges holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Arizona State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Visual Communication Design.
