Brian Waller is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vaco Holdings, an enterprise talent and solutions firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. After starting his career in the assurance & advisory practice of a Big Four accounting firm, Brian found success and excitement in the fast-paced and competitive landscape of consulting and strategic staffing with an S&P 500 company. In 2002, along with his co-founders, Brian set out to create a talent solutions firm that offered white glove client service coupled with an unmatched company culture that puts people first.
Vaco’s original growth story was an organic one, launching more than 24 markets in the first 10 years of business. In the last decade, Vaco has continued that growth story, incorporating 17 acquisitions to the Vaco Family of Brands, including the 2019 acquisition of MorganFranklin Consulting, a methodology-driven consulting and business advisory solutions firm.
