Adam Sprecher is the vice president of strategy and development at Salo, a nationwide talent firm focused on Making Work Meaningful. He plays a pivotal role in the growth and vision of Salo—designing the groundbreaking processes behind Salo’s ability to match expert consultants with organizations that need their help. During his 15-year career at Salo, he’s held various sales, sales leadership and operational leadership roles. Bringing organizations and talent together effectively has always been part of Adam’s career. Before joining Salo, he managed HR/recruiting programs for organizations, including Ameriprise Financial, UnitedHealth Group, and Thrivent. Adam resides in Savage, MN with his wife and three children. You can usually find him on a baseball field coaching or cheering on his son or the dance floor with his girls, especially during dads ‘n dolls season.
