\t\t\tWhat happens to my Engage Austin 2020 registration?<\/p>\n

All Engage Austin 2020 registrations will be automatically cancelled and payments refunded no later than April 30th, 2020. All registrants will be notified when registration opens for the EngageX online conference experience. Sign up here to receive future EngageX updates.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tAm I eligible for a refund?<\/p>\n

All Engage Austin 2020 registrants will receive a 100% refund automatically. You can expect this refund on your original payment method no later than April 30th, 2020. Registrants who previously paid a cancellation fee will also receive a refund.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t How do I cancel my hotel reservation?<\/p>\n

Reservations within the Engage\/Bullhorn group block at the JW Marriott Austin hotel will be automatically cancelled without penalty or fee. If you have questions or would like to rebook, please call the hotel directly at +1 512-474-4777.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWhat happens to my Engage Austin 2020 sponsorship?<\/p>\n

All Engage Austin 2020 sponsors are entitled to a 100% refund of their sponsorship fee. There will be other comarketing opportunities with Bullhorn throughout the year, including EngageX, Engage London 2020, sales networking opportunities, and Engage Boston 2021. Sponsors can roll any portion of their Austin sponsorship dollars to these other activities.\u00a0 Please email engagesponsors@bullhorn.com<\/a> or contact your partner manager directly to discuss options.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWill Bullhorn provide reimbursement for airfare or accommodations booked outside the group block?<\/p>\n

No, Bullhorn will not provide reimbursement for airfare and\/or accommodations that were booked outside of the Engage\/Bullhorn group block at the JW Marriott Austin hotel. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund or rescheduling options due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline or hotel directly to discuss your options.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tAre you still planning to host Engage London 2020?<\/p>\n

We will continue to monitor the global health situation. At this time we are still planning to host Engage London 2020 on 15th September. Register and learn more here.<\/a><\/p>\n

\t\t\tWill Engage Austin 2020 be rescheduled for another date?<\/p>\n

We have no plans to reschedule Engage in Austin for 2020. While the format of our event has changed and we will no longer be meeting in person, we are excited to connect with our community through the EngageX experience. Please save the date for EngageX on June 18th, 2020 and keep an eye out for announcements about Engage 2021.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tIs there a cost to participate in EngageX?<\/p>\n

The EngageX online conference experience and on-demand content is completely free for staffing professionals whose employer is a staffing company. Engage Austin registrants will automatically be notified when registration opens for EngageX. If you did not register for Engage Austin, sign up here to receive EngageX updates. Industry suppliers should email engagesponsors@bullhorn.com<\/a> or contact their partner manager directly to discuss participation options.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWill speakers still have the opportunity to present?<\/p>\n
