This page will outline important event details, key deadlines, frequently asked questions and recordings of sponsor enablement sessions. The Bullhorn team will continue to add information here as it becomes available so treat this as your one stop shop for information about Engage and your sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Sponsors are welcome to and encouraged to bring additional items such as literature, table-top signage, and swag. Sponsors are not permitted to bring additional banners, displays, or furnishings.\u00a0<\/p>\n Engage sponsors can use this form link<\/a> to select their preferred booth location. Selection is based on tier and signature date. Sponsors will be asked to provide their top three booth locations (1 being the most preferred). All preferences will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and assigned according to preference and booth availability. Sponsors will be notified once their booth location is confirmed.\u00a0<\/p>\n Platinum Sponsors<\/strong>: 6x3m Turnkey booth in prime location and branded counter<\/p>\n Gold Sponsors<\/strong>: 3x3m Turnkey booth in high traffic area including branded counter<\/p>\n Silver Sponsors<\/strong>: 3x2m Turnkey booth and branded counter<\/p>\n More details of stand sizes and floorplan will be provided in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tShipping & receiving<\/p>\n Please use this delivery<\/a> label for any items you wish to get delivered to the venue. They will be accepting deliveries from Monday 3rd March.<\/p>\n If you need to ship any packages to the conference, you can ship directly to the venue using your preferred method.\u00a0<\/p>\n For all deliveries, please attach the delivery label<\/a> and notify aneliese.hynes@bullhorn.com so she can notify the venue. Deliveries cannot arrive before 3rd March. Please avoid any large items or electronics until 48 hours prior to the event.<\/p>\n After the event, if you\u2019re leaving any materials to be collected by a courier, please ensure they are labelled correctly (name of person, company, address and number of items) and confirm this with the event manager prior to departure.\u00a0<\/p>\n If you are shipping internationally, please attach all necessary documents including those for customs clearance to your items, in addition to the venue labels, as couriers will not collect these from the venue unless these documents are present.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tAttendee lists & follow up email<\/p>\n Platinum and Gold sponsors will receive 1 pre-event (2 weeks prior) and 1 post-event (available one week after the event) opt-in attendee list. Silver sponsors will receive 1 post-event (available one week after the event) opt-in attendee list.<\/p>\n Attendee Communication Policy <\/b>– Reminder of the Communication Policy as stated in the Sponsorship Agreement:<\/p>\n Bullhorn will provide Exhibitor with a list of Engage attendees that have agreed to share their contact information with Sponsors during registration (the \u201cOpt-In Attendee List\u201d). Exhibitor may capture attendee contact information through various forms of explicit consent of such attendees, including consented-to badge scanning and lead capture forms, during the event. Please note that in accepting the Engage 2025 Opt-In Attendee List, leads obtained through lead scanners, and\/or other leads obtained through conference attendance, you agree to comply with all direct and email marketing laws and data privacy laws and remove attendees from your list when an attendee requests to be removed. Exhibitor is solely responsible for its compliance with all applicable law, including without limitation data privacy laws, in its capture of attendee contact information and communication with attendees. You are not permitted to engage in mass email communications with the Opt-In Attendee List or any list obtained via any other method than lead scanning (e.g., using a third party service to build a list from company names). All Engage related communications or marketing to Engage attendees must be compliant with all applicable data privacy laws and include the ability for an attendee to opt-out of further communication, such as an opt-out link. Any sponsor that does not comply may be prohibited from participating in future Engage events and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bullhorn, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all third-party claims arising from or related to such non-compliance.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tMarketplace Partner Speed Pitch<\/p>\n The Marketplace Speed Pitch is one of the top-rated sessions at Engage. It offers Platinum, Gold and select Silver sponsors the opportunity to share more about what you do and the value you\u2019re bringing to Bullhorn customers in a personalised and engaging way.\u00a0<\/p>\n Each sponsor will have 2 minutes to present and will have 1 slide on the screen behind them.\u00a0<\/p>\n Please complete this form<\/a> by 16th January to confirm your speed pitch details.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Note: <\/b>This year’s pitch session is a Masterclass where we’ll be taking the audience through a fast paced workshop from prospecting, to post placement care, and redeployment.<\/p>\n During this workshop, we\u2019ll introduce the sponsors involved in the speed pitch at the relevant stages of the journey. It\u2019s then over to you for two minutes to tell the audience how your solution can add value to our customers at that particular stage.<\/p>\n Marketplace Speed Pitch participants are required to complete a rehearsal. We specifically invite existing Bullhorn customers and agencies engaged with our team about potentially leveraging Bullhorn solutions. The Engage experience is tailored to individuals at the agencies that are involved in technology decisions and strategy, so we tend to see VP and Director-level leaders in operations and technology.<\/p>\n \t\t\tHow many attendees are expected?<\/p>\n Our goal this year is to host 500 total attendees, which would include 410 staffing industry peers, 60 sponsors, and 30 Bullhorn employees.<\/p>\n \t\t\tWill we get attendee contact info leading up to the event?<\/p>\n Platinum and Gold sponsors will receive 1 pre-event (2 weeks prior) and 1 post-event (available one week after the event) opt-in attendee list. Silver sponsors will receive 1 post-event (available one week after the event) opt-in attendee list.<\/p>\n \t\t\tHow many sponsors will there be?<\/p>\n We expect between 15 and 20 partners to sponsor Engage this year. You can keep track of who else is joining us here<\/a>.<\/p>\n \t\t\tCan we have more tickets?<\/p>\n In order to ensure we maximise the number of attendees, there is a limit on how many tickets each sponsor can purchase. Ideally, you should decide how many attendees you want to bring when you are deciding on your overall Engage package. The standard packages include the below number of tickets:<\/p>\n If you are hoping for more passes, please do not buy them on the Engage website, and instead, connect with milly.morris@bullhorn.com for assistance. Please note, exceptions will not be made.<\/p>\n \t\t\tShould we plan to staff our booth for the entire event?<\/p>\n At a minimum, your booth should be staffed during every networking and meal break. We do find that attendees may have times that they choose to walk around the exhibit floor during a breakout session, so it\u2019s best for you to keep at least one team member on the floor as often as possible.<\/p>\n \t\t\tWhat is the dress code?<\/p>\n We suggest business casual attire for the event.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t The WINX Stand \n Returning to Royal Randwick Racecourse in 2025, we\u2019ve upgraded to the impressive WINX Stand.
