Rebecca Hartshorn

National Head of Client Solutions, Interpro People

Rebecca’s life revolves around advocating the strength in human difference in order to help people build better businesses, better teams and better their own careers. You’ll tend to find her challenging societal norms, using her voice to make room for others, and cheerleading the self-doubters out of their imposter syndrome.

She is currently Head of Client Solutions at Interpro People, a specialist IT recruitment company, where she oversees the national key accounts division.

Rebecca graduated from Cambridge University with a BA/MA hons in English; she is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and certified Change Manager. Her real strength, however, is shooting hoops on the netball court!

Women in Leadership Breakfast - Registrations required

Melbourne Room

With International Women’s Day a few days following Engage Sydney, we wanted to take the time to celebrate the theme for 2020, #eachforequal and how we can advocate for women in the recruitment industry. Each one of us can play a significant role in creating a gender equal world, both through our line of work in helping to find meaningful careers for those we place, and within our organisations and in advocating for the next generation of female leaders. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, broaden perceptions, and improve situations for women and one of the ways we can do that is by fostering a culture of confidence in the workplace. Join us for a candid conversation among industry leaders and hear about their journeys in developing executive presence, overcoming stereotypes, and the ways in which they’ve advocated for rising women leaders in their own organisations. Limited spots available, to join us pleaseregister here
Note: Attendance open to conference registrants only.
