As Talent’s CEO in the Asia-Pacific Region, Mark is responsible for revenue, growth and operations across nine regional offices. Mark was promoted into the role in 2013, having previously acted as Talent’s Global CFO. Mark is responsible for managing Talent’s $500m+ APAC business. He is a board member of Talent’s charitable foundation Talent Rise, and sits on the boards of Talent International Holdings, Talent UK, Talent USA and Talent’s IT consulting business Avec. With over 20 years’ experience, Mark has held executive leadership roles across a broad range of companies, ranging from startups and turnarounds to large multinational corporations. Mark is a seasoned professional, highly regarded for his ability to lead, and for his passion and commitment to diversity and high professional standards for Talent. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town, is a graduate of The Wharton School’s Executive Development Program, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In 2018, Mark was recognised with three significant industry awards, the Australian CEO of the Year (CEO Magazine), Professional Services Executive of the Year (CEO Magazine) and Recruitment Leader of the Year – Australia (SEEK SARA Awards).
