Lauren is currently Account Director, Enterprise at Bullhorn. She has over 6 years of experience working in the recruitment industry across both Sales and Operations. She started her agency career as a Recruitment Consultant at Denovo Consulting before moving into IT and becoming the Operations Manager. Lauren’s role at Bullhorn is to assist our largest clients in the APAC region to ensure they are getting the best out of their systems and achieving their business goals. A little known fact about Lauren, she’s also an Australian Taekwondo champion.

With International Women’s Day a few days following Engage Sydney, we wanted to take the time to celebrate the theme for 2020, #eachforequal and how we can advocate for women in the recruitment industry. Each one of us can play a significant role in creating a gender equal world, both through our line of work in helping to find meaningful careers for those we place, and within our organisations and in advocating for the next generation of female leaders. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, broaden perceptions, and improve situations for women and one of the ways we can do that is by fostering a culture of confidence in the workplace.
