As the Vice President, Marketing at Bullhorn, Catherine is responsible for all international marketing efforts across EMEA and APAC. Catherine started with Bullhorn based in the Boston office in 2010 and has recently relocated to London. Over her tenure, she’s overseen several marketing functions including demand generation, marketing operations, and events. She is passionate about marketing technology, building high-performing teams, and leverages both to drive for results. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Providence College.

With International Women’s Day a few days following Engage Sydney, we wanted to take the time to celebrate the theme for 2020, #eachforequal and how we can advocate for women in the recruitment industry. Each one of us can play a significant role in creating a gender equal world, both through our line of work in helping to find meaningful careers for those we place, and within our organisations and in advocating for the next generation of female leaders. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, broaden perceptions, and improve situations for women and one of the ways we can do that is by fostering a culture of confidence in the workplace. Join us for a candid conversation among industry leaders and hear about their journeys in developing executive presence, overcoming stereotypes, and the ways in which they’ve advocated for rising women leaders in their own organisations.
