Jacqui has been leading successful recruitment teams for more than 15 years and brings to her role as Davidson Chief Operations Officer a wealth of experience in the management of national companies, large teams and major account clients.
Jacqui is accountable for the execution and delivery of strategic business plans, business continuity and financial management as well as the overall operational management and performance of business while managing and leading teams.
Jacqui has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the recruitment and HR industries and a reputation as a strong business advisor, both internally and externally. She is a highly motivated leader and well-known within the business community for improving internal processes, building new business streams to reflect market demands and developing highly motivated and successful teams.

With International Women’s Day a few days following Engage Sydney, we wanted to take the time to celebrate the theme for 2020, #eachforequal and how we can advocate for women in the recruitment industry. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, broaden perceptions, and improve situations for women and one of the ways we can do that is by fostering a culture of confidence in the workplace.
