Florian is the Strategy Director for SEEK’s Employment business in Australia and New Zealand. He leads the development of SEEK’s employment marketplace strategy and facilitates its implementation through product roadmap, internal start-ups and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining SEEK, Florian was a Partner at global management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised major organisations on service innovation and growth.
Florian holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
