Commercial Director, Spencer Ogden
Greg joined the global recruitment firm Spencer Ogden in early 2015 as Group Head of Legal & Compliance, with a remit to develop their risk and compliance framework. He was also appointed Group Company Secretary and invited to join the Spencer Ogden Board. In February 2017 he was appointed Group Commercial Director, taking on additional responsibility for contractor on-boarding and mobilisation, as well as the company’s bids and tenders function. Prior to joining Spencer Ogden Greg spent 15 years’ at SThree Plc, working in a variety of different legal roles. Greg qualified as a solicitor in 2003, although in total I have some 17 years in-house legal experience and prior experience working for several top-tier city law firms. Greg’s pragmatic and commercial approach to legal work was acknowledged through his short-listing as a finalist for the Legal Counsel of the Year Award and Best Use of Technology Award at the British Legal Awards 2013
