Kathryn Krueger

Chief Operating Officer, DeWinter Group

Kathryn Krueger is the Chief Operating Officer of DeWinter Group, which provides world-class accounting, finance, and technology recruiting services.

Before her time with the DeWinter Group, Krueger started her career at a large staffing firm in their technology vertical. There, she grew from recruiting and sales into a Managing Director and then a National Vice President role. She first joined the DeWinter Group leadership team in 2019 as the Vice President of Operations & People to bring her production expertise to the back office.

In her time at DeWinter, she has led several successful initiatives, including implementing BTE and Bullhorn One, the roll-out of new payroll and reporting systems, and the launch of a new company website.

Kathryn graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.
