Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead various large-scale transformational programs involving mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-wide integrations, talent management strategy, org redesign, product road mapping, budget planning and execution, deployment of business intelligence reporting, and infrastructure realignments.

Over the past five years, I have been responsible for the development, management, and execution of integration programs for seven different acquisitions into a single common operating model and brand. These acquisitions included both buyer and seller sides of private equity-owned businesses, founder-owned, as well as divestitures from public organizations. The result was a top-line revenue growth exceeding $750MM while providing more than $30MM in synergies savings for the organization.
