As President and CEO of IDR, Ashley Holahan has helped transform one of the nation’s largest employee-owned staffing firms into one of SIA’s fastest-growing and best staffing firms to work for over the past three years. During her five years of leadership at IDR, revenues have grown 5x, headcount 3x, industry verticals 2x, and market footprint 1.5x, and they have done so organically without any acquisitions or outside investment. Ashley began her 15 years of service with IDR as a Financial manager and worked her way up through the operations side of the business. Prior to IDR, Ashley worked as an accountant with Deloitte after receiving her BS in Accounting from Georgia Tech. Ashley is a wife and mother of two, who enjoys exercising, water sports, and traveling with her family.
