Run a better business with an efficient back-office team

Delivering a positive candidate and client experience is crucial to success in the staffing industry. But when it comes to paying workers and billing clients, cumbersome time collection processes, manual data entry, and client-specific requirements can often cause headaches for everyone involved. In fact, in Bullhorn’s survey of 2,000+ temp workers, those with poor experiences with staffing firms were 87% more likely to report that they weren’t paid on time. From collecting timesheets to sending invoices, hear how staffing operations and finance leaders have streamlined their back-office processes to the benefit of their bottom line.
