Allegra Highsmith is currently the Vice President of Recruiting for Goodwin Recruiting. Allegra spent over 20 years in hospitality management and joined Goodwin in 2013. She quickly developed a knack and passion for recruiting and while working a full desk, moved into training and development roles to help others find success. She advanced through leadership positions as Director of Team Development and Director of Recruiting, and is now in her role as VP. Her drive for helping people reach their full potential has been evident throughout her career – helping candidates find new jobs, consulting with clients to bring on the best talent to propel their businesses forward, and supporting and developing the team at Goodwin. Her energy and expertise have shown through in every stage of her career.
