Jay Brunetti, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HireAlliance, is responsible for the management of the Staffing Industry Solutions and Corporate Recruiting Divisions as well as the strategic direction of the company. He graduated from the University of Maine with honors in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to HireAlliance, Jay co-founded FootBridge Staffing in January of 2000. He was responsible for FootBridge’s vision as well as the business development and management for the Staffing Industry Solutions Division. Prior to FootBridge, Jay spent six and a half years with Corico Recruiters/ AmBit Technology. He recruited and placed IT professionals for two years before being asked to create an internal staffing division.
During his tenure as the Director of Staffing, He was responsible for all the Nationwide internal staffing, creating and administering staffing processes, and developing interviewing techniques and selection strategy. Jay helped grow the company from 38 employees to 192 in a 3-year period. Additionally, he served as a member of a four person executive team, responsible for the day to day management of a 100 million dollar IT staffing organization. Jay’s strengths include Sales, Recruitment, Sales Management, Employee Development, and Strategy Creation and Implementation.
