Colleen O’Malley has been with Bullhorn since January 2011, and now heads up Bullhorn Academy. This new innovative approach to training is designed to give Bullhorn customers a world class training experience through brain friendly learning techniques and highly engaging content. Prior to Bullhorn Colleen worked for non-profits around Boston for several years, including managing a “welfare to work” program where she also worked closely with local staffing firms to provide coaching and interview opportunities to graduates of the program. Under her leadership the program had an unprecedented 68% placement rate. This is where Colleen first found her passion for the world of recruiting. In her spare time Colleen enjoys volunteering, including formerly serving as the President of a non-profit gallery in Boston’s South End. In addition to a love of travel, she also enjoys scouring flea markets and antique shops for unique treasures.
