Senior Director, Diversity and Compliance
Audra Jenkins leads the diversity, inclusion, veteran and compliance team for Randstad Sourceright’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice. In this role, Jenkins provides Randstad Sourceright’s RPO clients with guidance for effective diversity strategies. Her team includes experts in U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and global diversity-related regulations, and provides diversity and compliance planning, audit and risk assessment services, training, formal governance practices and regulatory updates to keep clients informed on the requirements that impact their recruiting strategies.
With more than 20 years of human resources, diversity and compliance experience, Jenkins was instrumental in developing Randstad Sourceright’s shared services offerings and has advanced expertise across multiple industries. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Jenkins served as Director of Human Resources for Acuity Brands Specialty Products, a leading chemical company, where she was responsible for managing human resources, recruitment, diversity, compliance and served on the organization’s Chief Executive Counsel Board.
She also helps run Randstad’s Hire Hope program. Hire Hope is a program designed by Randstad to provide career readiness training and job placement services to underserved and at-risk women, which includes survivors of exploitation and trafficking. Hire Hope is currently being piloted in Atlanta, Georgia, and is executed in partnership with the Wellspring Living Women’s Academy, a charity focused on helping women develop the skills necessary to live independently and increase career-related competences.
Jenkins holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of North Carolina. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Jenkins is also a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Six Sigma Greenbelt. Jenkins is currently on the Board of the Georgia Diversity Council and is known for her speaking engagements at diversity conferences. She has published white papers in her area of expertise, most recently co- authoring “Turn Diversity & Inclusion into a Talent Strength” with Peter Vermeulen, former head of HR (Americas) at the Linde Group.
