The Bullseye Awards for
Recruitment Innovation

The 2018 Bullseye Awards for Recruitment Innovation are closed for submissions. The finalists will be announced Monday, 30th July and the winners will be announced at Engage London on Wednesday, 12th September.

There are no fees for submitting a nomination or winning an award.

Absolutely! The majority of nominations come from an organisation recognising their own achievements and innovation, and from individuals nominating themselves.

Finalists will be contacted on Friday 3 August via email and published online. Winners will be announced live at the Bullseye Awards ceremony at Engage London on Wednesday 12 September

We encourage all nominees to attend the Bullseye Awards ceremony at Engage London 11 - 12 September at the Hilton London Metropole. Finalists will receive conference tickets at an exclusive discounted rate and will be recognised during the ceremony. We will announce the 2018 winners on Wednesday 12 September, the final day of the conference.

Rising Star in Recruitment (Individual) Judging Criteria:

• Degree of innovation
• Bottom-line impact
• Career stage (the award recognises rising stars, not established leaders)
• Candidate or client feedback and anecdotes

Recruitment Leader of the Year (Executive) Judging Criteria:

• Degree of innovation
• Bottom-line impact
• Compelling evidence of commitment to agency and industry
• Compelling evidence of creating a thriving and positive workplace culture
• Employee feedback and anecdotes

Most Innovative Use of Technology (Small to Midsize Firms; Large Firms) Judging Criteria:

• Degree of “out-of-the-box” thinking
• Bottom-line impact on the entire organisation or department
• Candidate and customer feedback and anecdotes
• Real data presented

The judging committee is comprised of five individuals - a member from each of the sponsor organizations, Bullhorn and the Global Recruiter, and two outside judges.

No, you do not have to be a Bullhorn customer to enter or win the Bullseye Awards. We encourage anyone and everyone associated with the recruitment industry to nominate individuals and organisations for a Bullseye Award -- including clients, candidates, investors, board members, and anyone who believes they, or someone they work, with should be recognised.
